Submersible Wastewater Pump Solution for a Nawasiwa Project

2026-08-26

Latest company case about Submersible Wastewater Pump Solution for a Nawasiwa Project

A wastewater project in Nawasiwa required a group of compact pumps for sewage collection and transfer.

Instead of using one pump size throughout the entire system, the customer selected several operating ranges to better match different pumping locations.

A total of 40 submersible sewage pumps were ordered.

Selected Pump Models
Model Flow Head Motor
65WQP25-12 25 m³/h 12 m 3 kW
50WQ10-15 10 m³/h 15 m 1.5 kW
50WQP15-15 15 m³/h 15 m 2.2 kW

These pumps cover several common wastewater pumping duties, from smaller collection pits to locations requiring greater discharge capacity.

One advantage of the submersible configuration is that the pump operates directly inside the wastewater sump. This reduces the need for a conventional suction arrangement and makes the equipment suitable for installations where floor space is limited.

For sewage applications, stable solids handling and reliable drainage capability are important considerations. The WQ and WQP pump series are designed for wastewater and drainage duties where the liquid may contain suspended impurities.

For this order, the combination of 1.5 kW, 2.2 kW and 3 kW pumps provides the customer with greater flexibility across the complete sewage handling system.

After the specification was confirmed, the 40 pumps were prepared for export delivery to Nawasiwa.

The same pump series can also be selected for municipal drainage, residential wastewater, industrial wastewater, construction dewatering and sewage collection systems.
